Website Terms

These terms apply when you browse this website, submit the questionnaire or book a free workflow review.

Version 1.0. Last updated 2 August 2026.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Andrew English, the person responsible for EnquiryOps. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the website.

These terms govern website use only. Paid services will be governed by a separate written proposal or client agreement accepted by both parties.

2. General information, not professional advice

Website content is general information about technology implementation and business workflows. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, cyber security or funding advice. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where a decision depends on those areas.

3. Questionnaire and free review

Submitting a questionnaire or booking a review does not create a client relationship, require EnquiryOps to accept work or commit either party to a paid engagement. The free review is an initial discussion based on the information available at the time.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate enough for the discussion and that you are permitted to provide it. Do not submit confidential access credentials or personal information about customers, employees or other people.

4. No guarantees

EnquiryOps does not guarantee that a particular tool, AI feature, integration, grant, voucher, saving or business outcome will be available or suitable. AI generated output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed according to the risk of the task.

Grow Digital Voucher eligibility, eligible costs and approval are decided by the relevant Local Enterprise Office. EnquiryOps cannot approve or guarantee funding.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to:

  • break the law or infringe another person's rights;
  • submit malicious code, false enquiries or excessive automated requests;
  • attempt to bypass security, access controls or rate limits;
  • interfere with the website or its service providers; or
  • submit information you are not authorised to disclose.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding and original text belong to Andrew English. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, sell or publish substantial parts of the website without written permission. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their owners.

7. External services and links

The website links to Proton Calendar, LinkedIn, Local Enterprise Office websites and other external services. Their availability, content, security and terms are controlled by their respective operators. A link does not amount to an endorsement of every claim or service on the external website.

8. Availability and liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error free operation cannot be promised. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Andrew English is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this general information website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Statutory rights that apply to you are not affected.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Business and contact details are set out on the Business Information page.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when the website or business changes. The version and date above identify the current terms. Irish law governs these terms and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
